If $FlightArrangerName stops trading, depending on the terms of the ATOL scheme (available at www.atol.org.uk), the passengers named above will either:
1 be able to take and complete their trip, and return to the UK; or if that is not possible
2 receive a refund for the total amount paid to $FlightArrangerName.
